zeropointone began life as an architectural and planning consultancy for overseas investors on their projects in Central London. Over time, we found our clients wanted us to bridge the disconnect between the design and the construction delivery of the projects. In 2015 we combined Construction Management with our Project Management to provide a more complete service.
Since then we have developed our approach and systems to promote project success. Our clients firmly believe in these and come back to us or recommend us. Our projects range in size from £1m to £50m construction budget but are typically in the £2-£10m range.
