zeropointone have over 25 years’ experience in the architecture and construction sectors in London, particularly in refurbishment as well as new build projects for a wide range of clients and projects. Many are in the prime central London boroughs of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. The practice experience is mainly in architectural design and construction project management and, more recently in standalone planning advisory services for projects designed by others but where the clients still want our input and contacts, process and work ethic, or they very smartly want to start off on the right track.

Our project sizes and build values range typically between 250 and 4,000 square metres and £2m to £50m total development cost, although we do sometimes go higher/larger.
